Logistics Specialist (w/m/d)

Location: Zug, Switzerland

Duration: 6 months

Start date: Immediately

Tasks:

* Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

* Collaborate closely with Commercial and Planning teams to ensure on-time and complete supply to international markets.

* Manage finished goods (FG) pick-ups for Inventory Planning and Management (IPM), addressing shipping deviations, and providing sales and inventory reporting for international markets.

* Work closely with key stakeholders to align strategies and streamline processes, including Finished Goods Planning, Quality, Commercial, Finance, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).

* Proactively identify and communicate shipment risks to management, offering recommendations, and implementing corrective actions to minimise supply-related risks.

* Maintain a strong focus on achieving desired customer service levels while ensuring consistent product supply.

Requirements:

* Bachelor or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

* Minimum of 1-3 years working experience, preferably in a Logistics/Supply Chain role or within the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry or any other regulated industry such as Food/Medical device.

* Fluent in English.

* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

* Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

* Proficiency in Supply Chain tools and familiarity with regulatory requirements related to International Shipping and Logistics.

* Experience within an international and controlled environment.

* Ability to direct and participate in cross-functional and management teams.

* Experience with Supply Chain and Manufacturing planning tools such as Oracle, Hyperion, Business Object, SAP or APO
