Level 1 IT Support Analyst - Switzerland
A top 10 pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland require a Level 1 IT Support analyst to join their team on a short term contract.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
- Joining the Windows 7 project team and resolving technical OS/Application/Testing issues.
- Installing computers and applications
- Testing applications
- Resolving software incidents
- Resolving hardware incidents
- Perform quality checks of installed hardware and software
- Participate in project meetings
- Provide hyper care IT support for Windows 7 activities
- Desktop and laptop installation
- Access Control (Granting access on Windows file systems
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.
- Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred;
- 2-5 years minimum experience providing IT support preferably for Windows 7 activities.
- Language proficiency: - English spoken and written; German would be an advantage.
