Lead Test Automation Engineer - 6+ Months - Remote

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic
Quality Assurance team. As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing,
implementing, and maintaining automated testing solutions across our applications. You will work closely
with developers, business testers, and Agile testers to ensure that our software is of the highest quality
and enable release on demand.

Tasks:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for desktop applications using various automation frameworks and tools (e.g. WinAppDriver).
Champion test design principles and best practices.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and libraries to ensure scalability and maintainability.
Proactively research and evaluate new technologies, recommending and championing new solutions and best practices for automation test.
Identify and report software defects found through automated testing.
Document test results and create comprehensive test reports.
Collaborate with developers to integrate automated testing into the development process.
Mentor and train junior test automation engineers.

Requirements:
Strong experience in software test automation
Strong experience in software test automation
Hands-on experience mentoring the teams, in writing test cases, test scripts, creating test data, test execution; tool
evaluation, selection, and implementation; reviewing test scripts for adherence to standards for completeness.
Solid experience with test design principles and best practices
Good programming skills in C#
Good experience with Win App or Desktop application
Excellent communication and collaboration skill
Strong experience with End to End tests
