We are looking for a Lead Global Technical Consultant for PC Deployment in the area of Lausanne:Project:
This is a small global deployment of 3800 PC in 21 countries, with 45%
(1650) in Switzerland. 3000 in EMEA, 430 in AMS, 350 in APJ.
Tasks:
Global Lead Technician – Supports the program by ensuring due diligence is conducted related to the technical procedures and communications tools.
The Global Lead Technician will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Be present during the predeployment and pilot phases to validate the technical procedures
- Ensure requirements are captured and documented related to the web tracking tool
- Document the technical procedures for the country deployments
- Conduct knowledge capture and reuse activities
- Organize and lead the hand-over sessions with the local lead technicians
- Manage technical escalations that may arise during the lifecycle of the program
Skills:
- Deployment Solution Architect with depth of multinational if not global PC deployments
- English (mandatory), French (preferred), German (optional)
- Readiness to work some non standard hours as some limited deployments will be 24*5, 3rd level trouble shooting might be required for a (probably very) limited number of issues.
