Junior Project Manager/PMO (banking)
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager with a good PMO track record in the banking industry. For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for a English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Role:
- Junior Project Manager role driving IT projects within IT EMEA Branches and working closely with multiple stakeholders and countries across the EMEA region, to enable, support and provide project-, resource planning and tracking mechanism
Skills:
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in PMO or junior project management
- Candidate should have a learning interest in the areas of project management, project controls, project budgeting, resource planning, scope and change control, and project risk tracking.
- Proficiency in English language (good written and verbal communication skills), German would be highly beneficial
- Working within a big organization of more than 500 people
- Good interpersonal relationship skills, works collaboratively and listens actively
- Flair with numbers, tracking of project figures and budget progress
- Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel (proficient in other MS Office applications)
- Strong attention to detail, delivering highest degree of quality
- Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task in a complex environment
- Enjoy to work in a challenging/changing environment - self-starter/quick learner
- Problem solving attitude and issue resolution resilience
