Junior Project Manager within CRO Change Organization at an international bank in Zurich.
Your tasks:
- Drive overall risk delivery stream with in front to back program
- Manage off-shore BA and testing team, allocate resources and oversee Analysis tasks
- Report status to various governance committees
- Manage monthly budget submission and project materials (project plans, risks, issues management tools)
- Senior Stakeholders Management
- Provide guidance and recommendations when required
Your experience/skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management
- Strong business knowledge of the Banking Industry and/or Financial Services
- Significant experience of embedding Risk Management in a complex organisation
- Understanding of the market and Credit Risk Data and processes
- Excellent organizational, leadership, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
