Junior PMO with profound HR knowledge wanted for our Vaud based client in the food industry.
Your experience/skills:
- PMP Certification/training or 2+ years' of Project Management experience
- Experience with 1+ Global HR Transformation Project in project coordinator/management role as well as 1+ full cycle implementation of SuccessFactor Employee Central
- Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office tools
- Ability to adapt according to changing priorities of the company
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Building methodology, templates and tools for optimal management of key deliverables
- Proactively collaborating with other departments and employees at the company
- Working in a self-driven and result-oriented manner
- Planning and meeting deadlines as well as delivering high quality output
- Merging different methodologies to create the ideal one for the respective company
