Task:
Legacy review and remediation action of complaint files according to defined protocols.

- Collection and coordination center for messages
- Ensure the documentation and their traceability
- Ensuring customer care after detecting and classifying the messages
- Organize and Share information
- Introduction of correction, respectively. Prevention measures in cooperation with Quality
- Remediate Field Action documentation as applicable as per protocol
- Information point for all inquiries regarding market reports by PDC

Requirements:
Higher Education in Engineering or related fields
Experience in Medical Device or related fields
Knowledge of the medical device legislation / Vigilance
Ability to effectively manage workloads
Analytical Skills
English fluent both written/spoken (German NTH)
