For a six months project at our banking client based in Zurich we are looking for a motivated

Junior Assistant – Senior Management Support (3288)

Our client is offering a recent graduate career starter oppertunity in a bank. To fulfil this role, you bring excellent English communicative skills and you already have some knowledge in business and management principles such as strategic planning, resource allocation and production methods.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 – 3 years work experience following recent degree
- Good SharePoint knowledge ideally including managing such a site
- Good PowerPoint skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure day to day operations and the successful handling of requests from senior management
- Opportunity to gain broad hands-on insight and experience into how a large IT organization is managed
- Exposure to Senior IT Management with the opportunity to build a strong professional network
- Coordinate, shape agenda and drive content creation for organizational governance meetings, including management meetings, Management Committee off-sites, PBWM Products IT Town Halls and other events, Define and maintain the communication plan and all related internal and external communication activities (including Intranet, SharePoint, surveys) and the stakeholder management plan
- Help to develop internal social media program for the organization
- Act as liaison between various different organizations
- Drive organizational processes and planning, contribute to target setting and strategy work
- Orchestrate organizational change management activities
- Manage and supervise organizational processes, i.e. hiring, project portfolio management, cost / efficiency
- Coordinate relationships with internal / external Audit, IT Risk and Legal & Compliance to ensure management control and overall organizational compliance with policies
- Perform complex analysis and conceptualization work to support senior management decisions processes
- Support the IT COO in the creation of analytics and ad-hoc reporting
- Support cross-domain initiatives, special projects and strategy formulation activities, i.e. workforce strategy and talent management
- Contribute to ad-hoc tasks for the PB & WM Products IT organization
