IT & Non-IT Sourcing/Procurement Professional vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.
Your tasks:
- Supporting Business Partners on all matters regarding Sourcing in the respective category
- Being responsible for implementing tender initiatives and contract negotiation using e-sourcing tools
- Implementing sourcing strategies to optimize supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management processes
- Driving sourcing, RFI, RFP, evaluation, drafting, contracting, on-boarding, negotiations, supplier management and more
- Providing support to key stakeholder throughout the sourcing life cycle
Your experience/knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement along with 3+ years in specific categories as listed above
- Expert knowledge of technologies, processes, tools and legal aspects of professional services contracts
- Experience in senior stakeholder and vendor management
- Background in financial services preferred but not a must criteria
- Languages: English - fluent in written and spoken, German is advantageous
