IT & Non-IT Sourcing/Procurement Professionals (Financial Services)
Sourcing/Procurement Professionals for our Zurich based client in the financial services sector.
We are looking for up to 5 professionials with category expertise in at least one of the following areas
- IT HW/SW/Telco
- IT Services and Near/offshore resources
- Prof. Services & BPO
- Non-IT Indirects (Marketing/Real Estate/HR etc.)
Your tasks:
- Consulting and supporting Business Partners on all matters relating to the Sourcing of in the respective category.
- Acting as lead of the implementation of tender initiatives and contract negotiation as project lead via e-sourcing tools
- Steering and quality assurance (incl. hands-on corrections) of the actual sourcing delivery
- Providing key stakeholder support in the sourcing life cycle, which includes driving sourcing, RFI, RFP, evaluation, drafting, contracting, on-boarding, negotiations, supplier management and more
Your experience/knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement along with 3+ years in specific categories as listed above
- Expertise in review, negotiation and execution of contracts with vendors as well as expert knowledge of technologies, processes, tools and contractual and legal aspects of Professional Services contracts
- Experience in senior stakeholder management and managing complex vendor as well as client relationships,
- Experience in financial services preferred but not a must criteria
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, other language skills (German) are advantageous
