Main qualifications
  • University degree in computer science or related field
  • Profound customer service skills and proactive customer service orientation
  • Experience in a role with direct customer contact
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, drive and enthusiasm
  • Fluent in English, second major world language desirable
