IT Change Manager (NGO) (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
  • Update and refine the project’s change management strategy, sponsorship model and ensure that the project’s change management plans remain relevant, integrating inputs from the project team, and taking into account feedback from impacted groups and sponsors
  • Support the PM and the sponsors by providing relevant information on change management best practices and provide timely input that can help inform the high-level decision-making and communication
  • Ensure that change risks, stakeholder resistance and engagement issues are identified and addressed on a ongoing basis and proactively suggest appropriate change management and communication actions
  • In coordination with the PM and the PMO, ensure consistency with standard agreed practices, and proper sequencing of all change management actions, considering also other initiatives and operational priorities of the field
  • Prepare learning aporoach and plan actions, collaborating with the Learning & Development team, to ensure learning occurs in a timely and comprehensive manner
  • Plan for the change reinforcement and training refresh activity and support period following go-live
  • Conduct and update stakeholder analysis (including change readiness and impact assessments) and plan targeted approaches for the main stakeholder groups of the project
  • Organise required key stakeholder workshops, meetings and events, with the support of the PM and establish formal/informal stakeholder feedback mechanism
  • Manage the intranet, publish content in internal social media and communities, to ensure stakeholder access to timely information about the project
  • Ensure the design and development of relevant learning solutions (such as demos, training materials, e-learning solutions, and user guidance materials), develop relevant content and materials for the projects (such as info kits, FAQs, presentations, newsletters, articles, infographics, and videos) and plan the support necessary for around the go-live, ensuring continuous change (in post-implementation phase)


Main qualifications
  • Advanced University Degree in communication, change management, business administration or related field
  • Relevant professional experience, working in an international/multicultural environment
  • Experience in managing change in global change projects, involving high degrees of local ownership 
  • Change certification (PROSCI Change Practitioner or equivalent) is highly desirable 
  • Experience in communication, change management and learning (planning, design and development)
