Job title: IT AdministratorLocation: Basel - remote
Rate: CHF64/h
Job type: contract - 3 months minimum with likely extensions
Main tasks:
- Provide technical, administrative support to IAIS staff, for example, manage IT Helpdesk (requests around how the website and tools work, content creation on the public website, launching surveys, requests around password issues)
- Support for maintaining the IAIS public and Members Only website up to date, coordinating the IT helpdesk requests
- Manage IT products and projects, including coordination with external vendor and reviewing and managing changes to applications, for example managing the CRM system for members (accounts, access, communicating with members), using the survey tool (QuestionPro) developing surveys, updating website pages, uploading pdfs, sending out email alerts, drafting emails
- Support Financial operations including Procurement, payments, managing bank accounts, processing invoices, performing control functions as a support role (around 20%)
- Liaise with BIS IT departments, including ITS, Finance, Meeting services
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience with IT support/managing tools/software/websites
- Experience with coordinating IT support requests/tasks/queries
- Proven experience with MS Office
- Experience with making updates to websites (html knowledge, managing websites on back-end)
