ICT Supporter UCC vacancy for our Baden based client in the energy sector.Your tasks:
- Performing specification, evaluation, configuration and implementation of infrastructure components for ICT platforms for communication solutions
- Planning, managing and being responsible for the billing of customer projects
- Executing small and service orders
- Providing remote maintenance and completing other support assignments
- Maintaining the system-technical documentation
- Supporting the team in the acquisition of additional orders
Your experience/knowledge:
- Previous experience as an ICT Supporter, ideally in the UCC sector
- Ability to quickly comprehend concepts in the ICT sector
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office and solid application knowledge
- Very strong interest in communication solutions
- Completed apprenticeship as an electrician EFZ with technical flair
- Language skills: German - fluent in written and spoken, English - conversational

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and in a timely fashion
