Identity and Access Management Compliance Engineer
Role
- Drive regular identity and access reconciliation activities with responsible persons in IT operations and application development
- Follow-up on the remediation of identified deviations and ensure the retention of evidences for audit purposes
- Consult application and infrastructure team with the objective to increase the maturity and reliability of identity and access controls
- Support before, during and after audits and other compliance activities and act as a SPOC for all identity and access related compliance topics
- Analyze, enhance and improve existing processes and collaboration
Experience
- Good conceptual understanding and technical expertise in Identity and Access Management
- Experienced analyst/role engineer with Sailpoint IdentityIQ
- Good IT skills, especially with SQL DBA
- Communicate and act proactively & assume ownership, strong analytical and result-oriented problem-solving skills
- Very good written and spoken English, German is an advantage
