HR Recruitment Consultant wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • Academic Degree in HR/HR Management preferably along with relevant certificates
  • Several years of professional experience in the recruiting
  • Solid knowledge in Swiss employment law
  • Tech-savvy, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
  • Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken

Your tasks:

  • Enrolling independently through preparing search in all regions and divisions
  • Selecting candidates, obtaining references and issuing contracts
  • Providing support to the other HR Consultants in their daily HR business of advising and coaching line managers and employees

Start: ASAP
