Head of PMO- Finance Transformation/GermanFor one of our clients we are looking for Head of PMO.
Project Tasks:
-Ad interim management of the PMO team at group level
-planning, control and step-by-step reporting of the program progress (scope, time, cost, quality, risks, milestones/delivery objects) as well as monitoring of corresponding measures
-Further development and optimization of the group-wide roadmap and workstream plans including resource planning
-Development of meaningful documents for the program management, the Steering Committee and the Group Executive Board
-Contact persons and Support for the subproject leaders as well as workstream managers at group level as well as the project managers of the country units
-Cooperation with various departments and coordination of the dependencies of technical aspects as well as the requirements for Processes and systems
Skills / Requirements:
-More than 8 years of experience in leading a PMO, major projects and team leadership
-More than 5 years of experience in dealing with established project methods and their concrete/successful application in the operational environment
-Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
-Strong analytical understanding and structured approach
-Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and convincing appearance with different stakeholder groups
Nice to Have:
-Experience in the financial industry in the area of Finance & Accounting, knowledge of the insurance industry and SAP are advantageous.

-Higher business administration, science or technical training (university or university or comparable training)
