Your main responsibilities:
- You will be in a central position to develop the department in coordination with 7 Compliance Officers.
- You will analyze and develop the compliance internal policy on operational and strategic levels.
- Be in charge of the compliance department development and of the compliance culture as well.
- Update the internal procedures in order to be in line with the latest regulations.
- Report directly to Group CCO.
- Be the contact person with regulatory authorities
- Give trainings regarding compliance issues.
Your profile:
- You have 7 years of experience in a compliance department.
- You hold a Master in Finance, Law or a certification in Compliance.
- You are fluent in French and English.
