We support our client, an international bank in Zurich, in the search for a Head IT Service Management (f/m).
Tasks:
- Vendor management of all external providers in the BSI area.
- Continuous improvement of Business Support Infrastructure (via projects and change requests).
- Application management related to Bank’s webpage, HR systems, etc.,.
- Responsibility for IT infrastructure related operations incl. end-user workstations, network, file servers.
- Management 1 Level Support and orchestration of 2 and 3 level support performed by the outsourcing partners.
- Management of advanced communication infrastructure incl. Video conferencing.
- Process Management of the Information Security Committee.
- Align IT directives, guidelines and process workflows to the outsourcing introduced in the BSI area.
- Manage the Banks BCM setup and processes including documentation Ongoing IT security operations and monitoring.
- Support the CTO in the Project Portfolio Steering process.
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years experience in a similar position within the financial service industry; experience with AVALOQ is a plus.
- Min. 3 years hands-on experience with vendor management in a leading position.
- ITSM certification.
- Proven skills in formal documentation (in English).
- Very good language skills in German and English.
