German speaking Project Manager with UAT experience
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a Project Manager. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English and German speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Implementation of the new HR core platform
- Organization and coordination of the UATs to ensure a smooth transition into the new system
- Organize system access for all local test script writers and UAT testers
- Coordinate local SME's during test scenario reviews, test case writing and review
- Organize logistics for Fusion and Quality Center training
- Assist the global UAT lead in regards to reporting and defect management
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- Strong project management skills with experience in:
- UAT
- global projects
- virtual teams
- Experience in the Financial Service industry
- The person ideally would have had experience in various functions inside as well as outside of Human Resources
- Demonstrated strength to deliver results and implement change against challenging timelines
- Skilled communicator to manage stakeholders, project owner and affected employees
- Strong communication skills in English and German (oral and written)
