For project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedGerman Speaking Business Analyst - Tableau Reporting Tools (4778)
The ideal candidate will be working in the Access Management support team for Security IT. The goal is to support the portfolio of applications that provisions user access rights for the various IT Systems and applications within the bank.
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Knowledge of / experience with Tableau Reporting tools
- Familiar with IT Identity and Access management tools and principles
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Ability to interpret a set of technical requirements
- Knowledge of how to develop robust solutions
- Fluent in English or German
Your Responsibilites:
- Analysing the Data DIscrepancy Remediation processes across various IT system interfaces
- Conduct requirements-gathering activities for process improvement by working with Support staff who undertake the current processes
- Gather and document requirements for the engineering staff in order to improve and automate the processes
- Design and implement a reporting dashboard for the various Data Discrepancy Remediation tasks that are carried out
