For a 3 months project at our banking client site in Fribourg, we are looking for an experienced

French speaking Executive Assistant (3982)

Your qualifications:

-A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the banking or commercial sector
-Particular flair for sales and good client contact
-Ability to work independently and willing to learn about processes and products
-Ideally having practical experience in client follow-up
-Experienced in Management of a small team is a plus
-Very good spoken and written language skills in German, good written and spoken skills in French

Your activities:

-Telephone duties and reception of customers
-Receipt and procession of credit applications according to defined guidelines
-Sale of financing solutions during a meeting with customer
-Follow-up of pending customers by telephone and mail
-Preparation of financing applications and transmission to the payments department
-Outbound activity with existing client portfolios
