For our client in Zurich we are looking for a Financial Accountant/PMO (3 months)
Your responsibilities:
Our client continues to assess the need for and feasibility of changes to the legal entity structure in light of regulatory trends and requirements. Among these are regulatory requirements addressing the "too-big-to-fail" (TBTF) issue, which will cause financial institutions to modify their legal entity structures to facilitate resolution in the event of a failure.
In your role you will work in a small and flexible team and set-up the accounting and reporting processes for the new legal entity structure. The ability to familiarize quickly and independent with new topics (especially financial accounting and reporting processes, development of new booking logics, relevant IT infrastructure, trading products) is a pre-requisite for this challenging and interesting job opportunity. Timely delivering in excellent quality standard is critical. Activities are performed in close collaboration with Finance colleagues (within Controlling, Accounting, IT, Tax and Treasury).
