Finance Analyst / Manager - Cost and manufacturing accounting - vacancy for a globally operating Neuchatel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your tasks:
- Coordinating financial planning and analysis activities for product costing, including validation, and presentation of production costs during month-end close
- Conducting financial analyses and decision aids to illustrate the impact of investments or activity changes on product cost
- Serving as a liaison between the site and global product costing team, ensuring effective communication and alignment
- Analyzing monthly reports on production cost variances, actuals, and inventory, presenting strategic proposals to operational units
- Participating in factory planning processes, utilizing expertise in applications such as TM1, SAP, and JDE, and acting as an internal consultant to solve complex problems and drive innovation
- Translating complex decisions and change initiatives into prioritized and integrated processes
Your experience/knowledge:
- Axperience in accounting or finance with strong cost accounting experience
- Background in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech Industry with exposure to manufacturing and supply chain, preferably within a large organization
- Adept at scenario planning and predictive analytics driven forecasting, coupled with demonstrated ability to analyze and understand large amounts of data
- Proficient systems skills in SAP, TM1, JDE, Excel, Powerpoint and Access
- University degree in Accounting or Finance, CMA, CPA, or MBA education
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, French conversational
