The role is completely remote - but you must be based in Europe: and you must speak French
- Ensure regulatory compliance of e-invoicing and e-reporting solutions.
- Analyze current regulations to determine functional coverage of the offered solutions.
- Facilitate the international development of the solution.
- Support internal and external marketing of the solutions.
- Analyzing tax regulations related to VAT, e-invoicing, and digital reporting.
- Specifying the compliance functions required in the solution.
- Analyzing global competitive offers, trends, and practices.
- Gathering customer expectations regarding regulatory compliance.
- Designing user journeys and interfaces for compliance offers.
- Validating developments carried out by R&D teams.
- Managing the lifecycle of offers from design to decommissioning.
- Mastering partner solutions applicable in specific geographic areas.
- Drafting promotional documents for the compliance offer (sales kit)
- Supporting pilot customers in implementing the solution.
- Assisting Professional Services teams in solution implementation.
- Supporting sales teams on specific projects.
- Designing training materials and conducting initial sessions.
- Creating marketing materials, including documentation and functional content.
- Managing relationships with regulatory compliance partners.
- Promoting the solution through various channels such as webinars, blogs, social networks, etc.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a competitor, consulting firm, or as a solution user.
- Essential: Deep understanding of the e-invoicing market, regulations, players, and practices (CTC, VAT Reporting, SAF-T, Peppol, etc.).
- A plus: Knowledge of related markets such as Peppol network, SAF-T, Split payment, etc.
- Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, Big Picture, and Agile development methods.
