Requirements:
Desktop Support Engineer who will have hands-on on overall Operating system and troubling shooting around the issues.
Responsible for PC desktop, laptop configuration, printer configuration, and application support including Windows operating systems and software and other applications
Self-driven and senior member of the technical support team responsible for PC desktop, laptop configuration, printer configuration, and application support including Windows operating systems and software and other applications.
Excellent prioritization, responsiveness, and customer service, along with excellent verbal communication skills.
Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment and provide hands & feet support during any critical support needed.
Responsibility:
Responsible for the acquisition, deployment, tracking and securing of all assets.
Develop asset control processes to monitor accountability identification, maintenance, location, and contracts.
Assist in inventory management, procurement, and shipment activities.
?Collaborate with management to define cost savings, asset compliances and service improvements.
Assisted Procurement team to deliver efficient Asset Management.
Vendor management activity and procurement
Tracking & reporting Non -Compliances on Deskside such as MFA, SCCM, CS & Windows /Mac
Handling senior users Issues on Deskside.
ServiceNow – Incident & Service Request, IT Asset Management
