For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Data42 Program Lead (m/f/d)Location: Basel, Switzerland (mostly remote but proximity to Basel for onsite appointments)

Duration: 15.04.2024 – 14.04.2025 (extension possible)
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Lead and consult the data42 program with PMO expertise during execution phase. The service provider consultants have significant Pharma experience, including experience on projects/programs and in the specific data42 space. The Service provided in this contract cannot be replicated with any standard profile.
PMO lead and consulting activities for the Catapult program
Data42 PMO management and consulting
Project planning and milestones/financial tracking
Lead agile product teams
Risk, dependency and issue management
Review of delivery model and improvement suggestions
Deliverables
Program meetings, Scrum of scrum (weekly)
Delivery coordination with key stakeholders (On-going)
Regular project reports for management (Monthly)
Risks, issue & dependency repository updated (Monthly)
On-going improvement suggestions for program execution (Feb 2025)
Must Haves:
Knowledge and experience with Palantir Foundry platform and its implementation on the companies tech stack incl. F1 system integration
Knowledge of data42 operating model, program drum beat, scrum & agile set-ups implemented
Knowledge of previous learnings from past program set-ups of data42 (missions, sprints, backlogs, kanban, scrums etc.)
Basel based to be able engage F2F with data42 and stakeholders in BR, Dev and DDIT.
