A client in the banking industry is searching for a skilled data scientist with either experience in or an affinity for investments and asset management. Excellent skills with languages like R or Python are a must. Previous experience on big data-related projects and developing machine learning algorithms is a strong plus. Other tools and frameworks which would be beneficial include Java, Scala, NLP, Spark, Hadoop, deep learning, time series analysis. The ideal candidate brings a mix of data science and software engineering experience. Fluent English is a must; German is beneficial.
