Data Analyst Regulatory - Alteryx vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Excellent data analysis skills with knowledge of Excel, Access and Alteryx along with knowhow in Data Management requirements in Regulations such as BCBS 239, IFRS and CCAR
- Experience in the implementation, rollout and adoption of data improvement initiatives as well as in Regulatory programs with external facing reporting and evidential documentation standards
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing and Jira would be highly beneficial
- Expertise in managing stakeholders at senior management level including being able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
- Proven experience in Data Management in Financial Services or Banking Industry coupled with solid understanding of operational processes, preferably within the financial services industry
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Implementing a repeatable process to define data problems and steps in order to improve the accuracy, completeness and timeliness
- Evaluating the root causes for data problems and negotiating priorities and remediation options with stakeholders as well as supporting implementation of strategic solutions to data root causes
- Performing high scale data analysis leveraging Alteryx, Excel and Access
- Building effective relationships and communication channels to collect data, quantify problems, conduct impact assessments and propose options for remediation
- Collecting requirements and stakeholder management coupled with creating test scenarios, cases and performing testing
