Customer Support Specialist vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the technology sector.Your tasks:
- Providing internal and external customer support such as technical, order assistance and payment-related assistance
- Managing relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction
- Ensuring the resolution of customer issues like order, technical, and payment by cooperating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and external teams
- Coordinating resolution with After- Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams
Your experience/knowledge:
- Work experience in client services within the technology industry
- Experience in dealing with clients and the ability to understand securities and global custody products
- Ability to increase customer satisfaction as well as a good understanding of new technologies
- A thorough understanding of client services and timely resolving of client enquiries
- Good MS Excel, Power Point, Work and Outlook skills
Your soft skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
- Adaptable, motivated, self-directed and driven
