CRM Lead Business Analyst/Manager-Contract-Switzerland-PHARMA
Lead Business Analyst/Manager needed for a pharmaceutical client in Basil. They are looking for someone with VERY STRONG pharmaceutical experience who can run the department and engage with stakeholders.
Relationship Management
Ownership of business relationship and prioritization of initiatives for IT for identified countries .
Management of Stakeholders expectations, through regular and clear communications.
Is the voice of the business in IT
Responsible for all the business demands, budget discussions and budget setting
Responsible for directing the demands to the correct IT service delivery.
Understanding the business/Sales & Marketing roadmaps and communicating it to IT leadership
Coordinating between business and IT organizations to build a Business Solutions Roadmap
Solution Delivery
Identification of Business Best Practices
Engages with Business Subject Matter Experts to define new creative and competitive
Works with other regions and HQ on key requirements that may need to be part of the global solution
Is in charge of initiating business processes and drive the project setup process until kick off.
Proposes solutions that are fit for purpose to the business, by mapping ' as is "and "should be" processes and analysing gaps
Review and approve configuration (setup) of the software that replicates the required business processes, Functional testing of solutions
Ensures solution can be deployed in other markets
Communication of required activities and deliverables
Lead in Fit/Gap and Blueprinting and or requirement gathering processes
Support the design of local reports, forms, interfaces, and data conversions
Facilitate knowledge transfer to the other region and market
Ensure appropriate resources are aligned for the execution/delivery projects.
Identifies gaps in processes and escalates to the IT management for Remedy.
Will be asked to manage projects or contribute as resource to facilitate interactions with the stakeholders.
Ultimately in charge of the correct delivery to the customer
Skills & Knowledge
*Business Process Mapping/Engineering
*Project Management
*Understanding of IT application architecture
*IT best practices such as ITIL
*BPML or equivalent
*Expertise in CRM and SFA systems (Siebel, Oracle, Salesforce.com or any)
*Communication skills, ease of making contact and maintain regular working partnerships
*Ability to facilitate and moderate work groups
*Negotiations skills (prioritizing and doing what is right)
*Ability to trouble shoot, bring teams together for resolution
Experience
*5 years in similar position in Health Sciences
*Leading or major contributor in CRM/SFA implementation project
