Core Business Team member (Coach) FX, Cash
Project Description
For the core business team we are looking for an additional support person with a Back Office background to support and deputize the Business Coach for FX, FX-OTC, Money Market, Payments (incl. Cheques Cashier Desk). The requested team member is willing to support carry out further analysis and work on tasks hands on. Many of the tasks will be re-lated to business areas above and therefore specific know how in this field would be an added value.
Tasks
Preparation and execution of GAP workshops (Back End).
Analysis and documentation of business processes,
IT processes and gaps (Back End).
Preparation and execution of Asset Transfer Concept workshops.
Analysis and documentation of all asset transfer relevant aspects ("as-set transfer concept").
Delivery responsibility of mapping.
Supervise execution of preparation tasks.
Supervise execution of pre-migration cleanup.
Execution of tests, dress rehearsals.
Execute data checks and quality controls during asset .transfer weekends.
Quality assurance of migration procedures and data
Support of other teams in their business topics
Supervise execution of post-migration tasks
Support GAP enhancement process
Exected experience and skills
Several year of experience in banking operations and/or mid office re-garding FX, FX-OTC, Money Market, Payments (cheques, cashier desk).
Broad banking know how.
Experience in business analysis, definition and documentation of integration processes (Business and IT).
Experience in testing and data quality control.
Ability to act in interdisciplinary and ambitious environment.
Works conscientiously and accurate.
Fluent in spoken and written German (not a must) and English.
Note: This role requires a candidate with a lot of bankign experience. But less IT or pure management.
