Communication Manager; Organisational Change, Communication Management, Regulatory Affairs
Responsibilities:
Consulting and supporting the Global Submission Lifecycle project from an Organisational Change and Communication Management perspective. Development of the Organisational Change Management plan. Development and implementation of the Communication plan. Creation of any communication material for the different stakeholder groups. Acting as the interface to the PTR Project Portfolio OCM.
Special Requirements:
Fluent English speaking and writing Higher education as Communication Manager. Min. 5-7 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical market, preferable in Regulatory Affairs. Excellent presentation skills. No travel is needed. The mandate is 50% max. and variying per month. The candidate is expected to work min. one day per week from the Roche office in Basel
