Introduction: Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists , project managers , supporters , etc. ) . So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
Main Responsibilities:
-Work with Program OCM Lead to design, adjust and implement OCM and Communication Plans
-Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
-Support communication efforts: design and implement communications
-Develop and manage online and social media channels, including content creation and coordination with owners of these global channels
-Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops
-Identify additional OCM activities that will ensure the success of the project
-Assess the change impact - create and manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms, incl. surveys
-Support training efforts (which information has to be included for which External Business Partners)
-Ready to travel internationally up to 50% of working time at peaks (mainly Madrid, potentially also San Francisco)
-Remote work is possible on 2 days/week (Monday and Friday), but has to be agreed with the Program OCM Lead
Skill Requirement:
-2-3 years' work experience in Change Management of Roll-Out projects
-Experience in change projects, and an interest in change methodologies such as Prosci
-Relevant commercial experience in a multinational company
-Experience in working in IT project implementation projects
-Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully on projects
-Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with the Google Suite
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
-Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with communication skills able to work independently.
Nice to Haves:
-University degree in Communication Management preferred
-Prosci (as Change methodology) is an asset
