Change Management Consultant
- Extensive experience of Implementing, Managing and Optimising Change Management processes in multiple organisations.
- Extensive experience in IT Service Management across both operational delivery and consulting roles, preferably in multiple organisations.
- Experience of implementing Change Management using at least two of ServiceNow, Remedy, HPSM, Dimension or Rational Change)
- Exposure to ServiceNow. Experience of operational use or implementation would be an advantage.
- Experience of writing IT Change Management policies, and designing IT Change Management processes, supporting collateral.
- Extensive experience of leading cross functional teams, and managing teams through organisational change.
- Experience of delivering Service Management training.
