For a leading customer within the financial services sector, we are urgently looking for a passionate Callcenter Agent - Supporter eBanking Service who can start from 01.08.2022

Requirements:
* High IT affinity - Banking knowledge / experience
* Experience in online banking
* Telemarketing experience
* Communicative and resilient
* Revenge perception
* Enjoy customer contact
* Reliability and punctuality
* Willingness to work in shifts on all weekdays
* CH-German understanding a must
* Good user knowledge of smartphones (iOS and Android) as well as Microsoft Windows / Mac OS

* English -Very Good
* German - Very Good
* French- Very Good
