Business Process Specialist - Agile / IT - This is a long term contract for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your tasks:
- Supporting functional and site initiatives as part of eAGILE transformation program for business process improvement, including change management
- Building BPM competencies on sites and for functions
- Executing improvement roadmaps with sites and Functions
- Developing use cases for business process management framework
- Supporting roll out of standards, methodologies, and framework for process excellence
- Monitoring process performance, suggesting improvements, and supporting business process owners
Your experience/knowledge:
- Experience in designing and improving business processes
- Proficiency in digitalization and business process automation
- High-level knowledge of Lean Operating Systems and their application in a GxP environment
- Solid experience in manufacturing or quality/technical services roles is strongly preferred
- University degree in a technical discipline, Lean Master Six Sigma Green Belt certification would be advantageous
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken
