For a six month project with continuation option at our banking client in Zurich we are looking for immediate support in the form of aBusiness Consultant/Senior PM with focus on 'Service Level Agreement (SLA)” definition (1981)
As part of a large scale Legal Entity (LE) structure redesign program, there is need to create a work
stream focused on the development of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in order to formally document
the service/activity provider/receiver relationships between Legal Entities.
The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
• Collecting and evaluating legal, regulatory, tax and other stakeholders’ requirements
• Aligning requirements with other past, current and known future projects
• Developing design principles and framework
• Defining data collection/documentation/workflow/storage processes
• Developing ongoing business as usual (BAU) setup, governance model, control framework (performance management) and escalation processes
• Determining the implementation approach and timeline
The ideal candidate will bring the following skills:
• Experience in business consulting/dedicated project management, ideally with SLA definition
• Pronounced analytical skills and strong communication skills (including development of senior
• management presentations)
• Strong financial services know how (banks, card issuers)
• Structured and organized work style
• Management Consulting background with focus on financial services would be ideal
• Fluent in German and English
