Job Location: remote (rare meetings in Düsseldorf/Hannover)
Background:
"New Ways of Working" since January 2024 with goals such as: Transparency, task prioritization with individualized methods (e.g. methods applied from Scrum, Kanban etc.; no dedicated methods), E2E process excellence etc.
one of the biggest goals/projects: complete cost management in the database
This included: Robotic processes and a large database (of separate islands) built so that the process can be automated so:
all data flows into the database
each person should and can update the database through a front-end solution
Service is ordered & delivered
all ordered services flow into the database with the help of an automated report - but this process must be monitored
Internally DevOps is used as a tool and reports are solved with PowerBI.
Database and robotics processes run through SAP (+Microsoft Flows)
Goals:
Develop database so that everything can remain transparent and accurate
Develop the database so that it has as few errors as possible
Standardize robotics processes so that it is further standardized and stabilized and has as few errors as possible
Identify gaps in processes
Track forecasts, costs, IT management, etc.
Analyze the ongoing process optimization in relation to hardware planning
Tasks:
Provide advice and guidance on processes (mainly database, hardware planning, robotics processes)
look at how all processes are running and make suggestions for improvemen
link database to SAP
investigate how old data can be integrated into new processes
investigate how processes can be further automated
Must-have:
SAP Finance module
Really good analytical skills
Knowledge of the finance area
Business analyst with finance skills who is very well versed in finance and can design, analyze and make recommendations for action
Experience in gap identification
English fluency
Nice-to-have:
Competence in process management
PowerBI
German language skills
