We are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/d) Retail Banking / CRM implementationStart: ASAP
Ende: 31.12.2024
Volume: ca. 220 Project days
Location: Vienna (ca. 2x/week)
Travel: potentially travelling to Bratislava / Bucharest
Tasks (independent delivery):
* Drive business rollout activities (manage, measure and improve user adoption)
* Plan full rollout to all branches in February / March incl. support of training preparation
and execution (creativity is welcome)
* Track and improve adoption in online banking after full branch rollout in December 2023 (support
for setup of adoption dashboards and metrics)
* Manage adoption improvements - update business rollout strategy plan (incl. gamification,
video manuals, active cooperation with ambassadors...)
* Prepare business rollout plan for Call centres in both countries (discovery of CC involvement
starting from Q2)
* Support Group Product Owner (GPO) with business benefits calculation
* Support of definition of product metrics (needs to be defined in February / March)
* Support client to enable metrics tracking
* Help identify product improvements in order to improve business benefits
* Support GPO with certain business area implementation
* Help with managing product backlog for defined business area
* Challenge client in order to reach goal of 80% common functionalities
* Propose simplified solutions for business problem solving
Skills:
* Retail banking experience especially in human assisted channels strongly preferred
* Project- / Product management experience / Business Analyst experience
* Business process transformation project experience
* Partial onsite presence (1-2 times per week)
- N2H project experience with Salesforce or other cloud CRM implementations
Soft skills
* Proactivity; Curiosity; Responsibility; Ideas & Confidence, creativity
* Structured working approach and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent English; German or another CEE language is appreciated, but not mandatory
