Business Analyst - Digital Asset Management vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your tasks:
- Collaborating with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and users to identify and understand problems, assessing desirability, feasibility, and viability of problems
- Ensuring timely creation and maintenance of requirements and functional documents
- Translating business needs to the development team, ensuring the correct implementation of solutions
- Analyzing the feasibility of requirements, identifying product limitations, and working with the Product Owner to find solutions
- Creating, maintaining, extending, tagging, and refining Epics and User Stories by utilizing Jira
- Participating in retrospective and planning sessions with the product team, aiding in requirement prioritization
Your experience/knowledge:
- 3+ years of experience in a digital product development team
- Expertise in Marketing Technology and Digital Asset Management
- Experience with content planning, creation, authoring, and approvals
- Strong product management and analytical skills
- Exposure to working in an Agile environment
- Advanced degree in science or business-related field
Your soft skills:
- Proven ability to collaborate and operate across functions within in a complex environment
- A discovery and growth mindset
