My client is looking for an experienced Senior Azure Cloud Architect to join his team immediately. You will be working on a large scale migration of Physician Information Systems from on-prem to cloud. The current applications are being used in tens of thousands of doctors offices across Germany so there can be no interruption to on-prem functionality as you develop the cloud solution.You will lead a team of architects in order to facilitate both the migration and also the building of the infrastructure of the cloud solution. You must have experience working in a pure software company and also in dealing with 20/30 year old fat client software.
Current on prem stack - java, c#, c++, uniface, postgresql, oracle, ms sql, fast objects, qt as c++ framework
Current cloud stack - java, c#, microservices, azure, postgresql
The client would also like to see experience with ansible, ci/cd, azure, kubernetes, terraform, visual basic.
The candidate must speak German and have experience in working with 10's of thousands of multi tenet applications.
