Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen Product Owner for Multi-Online-Banking Suite wie folgt:

Hauptaufgaben
? Join us and take over a dynamic and challenging role as Product Owner within the company, an independent IT company providing Multibanking solutions for global corporates. If you seek responsibility, working in a small and successful company where decision-making is fast and client feedback is taken seriously – then this is your place. In your role, you will be responsible for the development of our new Multibanking platform with an international agile team. Ideally, you understand the specific challenges within the financial message industry for the advantage of our clients. You must be able to set priorities, structure well and have a good understanding of what it needs for successful IT product development ranging from frontend to backend into infrastructure topics. With your ability to moderate, bring experts together, facilitate solution finding process and your positive attitude, you will be an important and leading part of our team.

Anforderungen
? Multiple years of experience as Product Owner, preferably within the banking or payment industry
? Certified Product Owner and a higher education in (business) information or equivalent work experience
? Experience in successfully implementing software development projects based on an agile methodology (e.g. Scrum)
? Broad technical understanding in different areas of IT
? Active Stakeholder Management

Von Vorteil
? Experience in software development or network engineering or IT operations
? Experience in other project methodologies

Persönlichkeit
? Self-driven, autonomous and self-confident personality willing to take on responsibility
? Very good communication skills – with IT experts as well as with management
? At least Upper-Intermediate level of German and English (written and spoken) - any other languages as a plus
? Experience working in an international environment with the willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
? Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives

WICHTIG
? Remote Regelung -> vor Ort beim Kunden 40-60% / HomeOffice 40-60% je nach Phase des Projektes und COVID Situation
? Es werden Betreibungs- und Strafregister verlangt (In Deutschland = SCHUFA Auskunft und polizeiliches Führungszeugnis)
? Zusätzlich Spezielle Regelung zu Remote Arbeit -> diese ist nur erlaubt innerhalb der CH betreffend interner Regulatorien / Bankgeheimnis
