Relationship Account Manager (Contract) - 5531
Job Description
- Manage relationship between Infrastructure department and all other IT departments
- Act as a SPOC for the internal IT customers considering the infrastructure needs and adviced improvements: server, network, access, cloud, addressing a root cause analysis
- Collate all technical requirements and manage requests and expectations with the account and infrastructure peers. (Demand Management)
- Translate and update demands into a visual roadmap
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in relationship management, demand management and strategic roadmap
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experienced working in an multinational team as well as a global setup (knowledge with video conferences and remote work)
- Know how to promote a Happy customer and happy team members
- Fluency in English is a MUST, every other language a PLUS
- The client requires candidates which are already living in Switzerland
Contract Details
- Duration: 01st April st December 2017
- Daily rate: ca. CHF (all-inclusive)
