Project/Department Description and responsibilities:
. Application Development & Support
. Daily 3rd line application incident and troubleshooting
. Supporting the operating system MDS (FileMaker based solution)
. Issuing Scripting guidelines
. Coordinating the follow-up of compliance and security of the applications
. Work independently and lead assignments/projects of moderate to high complexity; - Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability
. Partner with business community/Vendors to solve complex problems and/or improve existing processes
. Develop and maintain the support documentation for all related subjects; - Perform basic analysis, design, implementation & maintenance activities under minimal direction
Methodology/Certification requirements:
. Master Data Management
. Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.
. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
. Language proficiencies: English spoken and written
