I'm currently helping a client of mine find an Android Team Lead to join their team and your profile stood out as a potential match.The company in question has been in the payment industry for 10 years and provides payment gateway for several payment methods including Bitcoin which is unheard of in the payment industry. The company is investing heavily in its employees and is currently introducing a new line of recruitment hiring a number of tech specialists across all fields.
The client is looking for someone who has had at least 6-7 years of previous experience in Android development and some payments background knowledge will be ideal.
You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 5-6 developers and will take responsibility for the software cycle of their native application. On top of this, you will directly impact the teams' processes and best practices to ensure the smooth running of the project.
Their office is based in the Winterthur but remote working and flexibility on this is also available
Requirements:
- 6-7 years of experience with Android Development
- Experience within the financial or payments industry
- Experience in leading and managing a team is a plus
- Fluent in English or any other language is a plus
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field
The salary range is 130,,000 CHF (negotiable dependent on experience) with excellent benefits and relocation package.
