Role in Search Engineering team, working on text Understanding.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain datasets for evaluating the quality of our product.
- Work with engineering teams to improve quality and to develop and define new or improved tools.
- Conduct failure analyses and produce reports to help prioritize the work of engineers.
- Develop and share practices for data quality investigation and analysis.
Requirements:
- Strong professional etiquette, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work efficiently in a high-paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Basic experience in coding/Scripting is desired.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working as an engineer or with engineering teams would be a plus.
- Relevant experience as a quality operations analyst would be a plus.
