Mission:
The Agile Coach will be responsible for introducing and implementing Agile methodologies within our organization. This role will involve coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and delivery outcomes.
Technical Proficiencies:
- In-depth understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (eg, Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Proven experience in Agile transformation and coaching teams in Agile practices
- Familiarity with Agile tools and frameworks (eg, Jira, Trello, Agile scaling frameworks)
- Ability to assess team maturity levels and tailor Agile approaches accordingly
- Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills to lead Agile ceremonies effectively

Language Skills:
- Proficient in French (both spoken and written)
- Fluency in Dutch is a plus
