Adobe Campaign Practitioner

An exciting role with a major client in Switzerland, Lausanne for a long in for a long term position

Experience of other digital marketing areas/tools like Content Management, Creative Design or Analytics will be a an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities/Capabilities:

  • Excellent communication skills - Work closely with Sales/Marketing to discuss and execute the campaign strategy
  • Familiar with marketing campaign tactics such as multi-touch, life cycle, and reactivation
  • Understands marketing metrics such as ROI, click-through rates, conversion, reach, funnels
  • Is aware of and can conform to ethical and legal guidelines for marketing (eg, CAN-SPAM)
  • Should possess a good understanding of the CRM life cycle stages and the tactics applicable to improve customer reach, customer acquisition, prospect to customer conversion, retention and advocacy
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret the campaign outcome and recommend ways to optimize the resources and improve the ROI
  • Ability to construct audience segmentation rules based on demographics, user behaviour and CRM profile
  • Hands-on experience with the following Adobe Campaign features/capabilities
  • Marketing Campaigns - Create, configure, execute and monitor marketing campaigns
  • Configuring deliveries for multiple channels like Email, mobile, Social, in-store, display, kiosk and ensuring the deliverability best practices are followed
  • Creation of complex targeting, campaign and technical workflows leveraging the targeting, order, action and event activities available
  • Understanding of platform integrations via external accounts
  • Marketing Resource Management (MRM) - Setting up the complete management and Real Time tracking of the tasks, budgets and marketing resources involved
  • Interaction and Offer Management - Create and manage a catalog of offers for both inbound and outbound channels, and configure the eligibility rules and application themes linked to them. Personalization of offer content
  • Lead Management Module - Automate the collection of prospect information using various communication channels, detect and qualify leads based on rules, behaviours and scores, track contact's marketing activity using a dashboard, coordinate collected data with CRM and measure the added value
  • Web Applications - Create dynamic and interactive web applications like Surveys, Web Forms with data from the database and content adapted to the rights of the connected user.
  • Reports - Ability to monitor and analyze the campaign deliverability and standard reports, generating custom reports
  • Integration design with upstream and downstream marketing systems

Mandatory Work Experience

  • Digital Marketing experience with at least 2 years focus on Campaign Management/CRM domain
  • Hands on expertise with Adobe Campaign
  • Good understanding of XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Database analysis skills required
  • Willingness to travel for short term business needs
